Foxtrott

Berwick-on-Twe«d, Northumberland.— At 10.12 on the night of the llth of July, 1948, the coastguard reported red verey lights being fired from a yacht off Bummouth, and the motor life-boat J. and W. was launched at 10.26 in a light northerly breeze with a slight sea.

She found the yacht Foxlrott, of Blyth, with a crew of three, a mile north-east of Berwick High Light. Her mast had sprung. The life-boat towed her into harbour, and returned to her station, arriving at midnight.—Rewards, £8 17*. 6d..
