Mr. CHARLES J. SHARP, J.P., has been appointed an Honorary Life-Governor of the Institution and has been presented with a copy of the vote inscribed on vellum and signed by H.R.H. the Duke of Kent, K.G., President of the Institution, in recognition of the valuable help which he has given to the life-boat service as chair-.
