Sheringham, Norfolk. — 7th April, 1938. A steamer had reported by wireless, through Humber Radio Station, that she had seen an aeroplane fall into the sea in flames near the Dudgeon Light-vessel, but a long search revealed no trace of the machine. A letter of thanks was received from the R.A.F.
