Fishing Cobles
Filey, Yorkshire.—Early on the morning of the 12th November, 1937, nine fishing cobles put to sea. At 8.55 A.M.
a squally N.N.W. wind was blowing, with a rough sea. The pulling and sailing life-boat Thomas Masterman Hardy was launched and escorted the cobles safely ashore. She returned to her station at 1 P.M. — Rewards, £15 14s. 6cf..
