The committee of management also regret the death of another colleague, Vice-Admiral Sir Robert Mansell, K.C.V.O., C.B.E., D.L., J.P., an Elder Brother of Trinity House, who died on 26th April, at the age of sixty-eight.

He was Deputy Master of Trinity House from 1926 until October, 1935, when he retired on account of ill health, and during his years as Deputy Master he was an ex officio member of the committee of management of the Institution and a member of the general committee of the City branch..
