A COURT of enquiry, held in Germany, into the stranding of the motor tanker D. L. Harper at the Lizard, on 20th June, in a heavy fog, issued its judg- ment in December. In the course of it the Court said : " The readiness of the life-boat crew and inhabitants at The Lizard to help must be mentioned with the highest praise."
