Awards to Honorary Workers

Honorary Life-Governors.

Mr. FRANCIS LE BOULANGER, honorary secretary of the Mumbles branch, has been elected an honorary life-governor of the Institution in recognition of the valuable services which he has rendered to the life-boat service during the past 35 years.

Councillor Mrs. ARTHUR REED has been elected an honorary life-governor of the Institution in recognition of the valuable services which she has rendered to the life-boat service at Exeter for many years, especially as chairman of the branch and vice-president of the Ladies' Life-boat Guild.
