Commander HUBERT B. BOOTHBY, D.S.O., R.N.R., chairman of the Littlehampton branch, has been appointed an honorary life-governor of the Institution in recog- nition of the valuable services which he has rendered to the Institution both at Grimsby and Littlehampton during the past twenty-five years.
