In the last issue of The Lifeboat, in the article on the twenty Branches with the highest collections in the year 1929- 30, Clacton-on-Sea was given, as having been sixteenth in the previous year, but as having fallen out of the first twenty.

Clacton should, however, have remained on the list of the first twenty. The Branch raised £814, which gives it the nineteenth place..
