Sir Godfrey Baring presented the Gold Badge, which had been awarded by the Institution to Mrs. Arthur Reed, Chairman of the Branch and of the Ladies' Life-boat Guild. In Mrs. Reed's absence on account of illness, the badge was received by Mr. Reed.
