WE regret that in the list of holders of the Gold Badge in the abridged Annual Report for 1928, the name of Mr. B. J. Kirkham, Honorary Secretary i at New Brighton, was unfortunately omitted. The omission was pointed out in time to be corrected in the full Report, but as the abridged report is much more widely circulated, we should like to correct the mistake in The Lifeboat as well..
