THE Marchioness of Carisbrooke, who is already associated with the Life-boat Service as President of the Scarborough Branch, has very kindly accepted an invitation from the Committee of Man- agement to become President of the Ladies' Life-boat Guild. The Officers of the Guild are now complete.
