H.M. Patrol Boat No.688

The Second Cox- swain observed a vessel ashore on the S.E. part of the Goodwin Sands, shortly after 10 A.M. on the 25th March. The crew of the Life-boat Charles Dibdin were assembled and the Life-boat was launched. She found one of H.M.
