until 5.30 next morning, when the vessel was successfully floated, the Life-boatmen in the meanwhile having assisted in the necessary operations.

The Life-boat then conducted the vessel into a safe position. There is no doubt that the valuable services rendered by the Life-boatmen were instrumental in saving the steamer and her crew of twenty-five hands..
