1. Annual Report.

Speaker— The Eight Hon. the EARL OF DERBY, G.C.V.O., C.B.

Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers, and Ladies' Auxiliaries, including those of the late Life-boat Saturday Fund.

2. Election of President, Vice-Presi- dents, Treasurer, and other Members of the Committee of Management, and Auditor for the ensuing year.

Seconded by Captain HERBERT ACTON BLAKE, Deputy Master of the Trinity House.

3. That this Meeting, fully recog- nizing the important services of the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITU- TION in its national work of life- saving, desires to record its hearty appreciation of the gallantry of the Coxswains and Crews of the Institu- tion's Life-boats and gratefully to ac- knowledge the valuable help rendered to the cause by the Local Committees, Moved y Admiral J. HALLIDAY CAVE, C.B.

Seconded by The Hon. GEORGE C. COLVILLE.

4. That this Meeting do approve and ratify the sub-sales already effected of those surplus portions of the land purchased at Shoreham, Sussex, from Mr. Henry Compton under the deed of conveyance dated 12th April, 1910, which are not required for the pur- poses of the Life-boat, and do approve and concur in the intended sub-sale of the remaining surplus portions of the said land.
