That this Meeting, recognizing the valuable services of the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION in its important and national work of life-saving, desires to place on record its highest appreciation of the con- spicuous gallantry so often exhibited by the Coxswains and Crews of the Institution's Life-boats and also to tender very hearty thanks for the im- portant help rendered to the cause by the Honorary Local Committees, Honorary Secretaries and Treasurers, by the Life-boat Saturday Fund Com- mittees and their Officers as well as by the Ladies' Auxiliaries and the Public Press.
