1. That the Annual Report be adopted, printed, and circulated.

2. That H.R.H. The FRINGE OF WALES, K.G., be elected President, and that the Noblemen and Gentlemen who have been nominated be the Officers of the Institution for the current year.

3. That this Meeting fully recognizing the great importance of the life - saving work which has been carried on by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION for the last eighty-four years testifies to the prowess of the Coxswains and Crews of the Institution's Life-boats and also very gratefully acknowledges the valuable help which the Institution continues to receive from the Local Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers and Branch Committees, as well as from the Ladies' Auxiliaries, the Life-boat Saturday Committees and the Public Press.
