Resolutions Passed at the Annual General Meeting for 1907

1. That the Annual Report be adopted, printed, and circulated.

2. That H.R.H. The PRINCE OF WALES, K.G., be elected President, and that the Noblemen and Gentlemen who have been nominated be the Officers of the Institution for the current year.

That this Meeting fully appreciating the very important work of life-saving which has been carried on by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION for the last eighty-three years desires to heartily testify to the gallantry of the Coxswains and Crews of the Institution's Life-boats and also to gratefully acknowledge the very valuable help which year by year the Institution receives from the Local Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers and Branch Committees, as well as from the Ladies' Auxiliaries, Life.boat Saturday Committees, and the Public Press.
