A Fishing Boat

On the return of a fishing-boat from the Broadsea fishing-ground on the 3rd August the crew reported that they had not seen anything of the Klondyke, another fishing-boat of Port Patrick, which had two men on board. As there was a rough sea and a strong south- westerly wind with heavy squalls, some anxiety was felt for the safety of the fishermen. The Life-boat Civil Service No. 3 put off about 6 P.M. to render aid to the Klondyke if necessary, and having fallen in with her, accompanied her back into harbour..
