2. That H.E.H. The PRINCE OF WALES, K.G., be elected President, and that the Noblemen and Gentle- men who have been nominated be the Officers of the Institution for the current year.

That this Meeting, appreciating 3.

the great importance of the life- saving work which has been carried on for so many years by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE - BOAT INSTITUTION, desires to record its admiration of the gallantry of the Coxswains and Crews of the Institution's Life-boats, and to gratefully acknowledge the invaluable help which it continues to receive, year after year, from the Local Honorary Secretaries, Trea- surers, Branch Committees, and the Public Press, as well as from the Ladies' Auxiliaries and the Life-boat Saturday Committees.
