SCARBOROUGH.—The coxswain of the Life-boat Queensbury having been informed that some fishing cobles were in danger, the Life-boat was launched at 4.45 A.M. on the 25th April, while a moderate gale was blowing from N.E., accompanied by a rough sea. She proceeded in a south-easterly direction, and when about a third of a mile from the east pier met the coble Snowdrop and accompanied her to the harbour. The Life-boat went out again, proceeding in an easterly direction, but when about three quarters of a mfle from the shore she was recalled by signal, news haying been received that the cobles had arrived at Eobin Hood's Bay..
