DUNGENESS (LTDD).—The Life-boat B.A.O.S. was launched at 1.40 A.M., on the llth April, while a moderate gale was blowing from W., accompanied by a rough sea, and proceeded to the assistance of the barque Oapella, of Bremen, which, while proceeding homewards from the West Indies, with a general cargo, strandedon the Newcombe Bar. At the master's request, the Life-boat stood by the vessel until the tide rose, and she got afloat again..
