I give and bequeath to the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITU- TION for the Preservation of Life from Shipwreck, London, Incorporated by Royal Charter, the sum of £ for the use of the said Institution, and I declare that the said Legacy shall be paid free from Legacyt Duty, and that the receipt of the Treasurer of the said Institution shall be a sufficient discharge for the same.

[Under the new Mortmain Act all descriptions of Property may now be left by Will to Charities, and the following form may therefore be useful in cases where it is intended to make Real or Leasehold Property the subject of the Bequest.] I give unto the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION for the Preservation of Life from Shipwreck, London, Incorporated by Royal Charter, all those Lands, Houses and Premises known as [Strike out any unnecessary words and describe the Property by reference to its situation, boundaries, extent and occupation as nearly at possible'] for the use of the said Institution.
