RUNSWICK. — The Life-boat Cape of Good Hope was launched at 2 30 A.M. on the 29th January, while a < moderate gale was blowing from N.N.W., accompanied by a rough sea, in response to signals of distress shown by the brig John Pitcairn, of London, which, while on a voyage from Seabam to Foole, had stranded at Kettleness Point.
