1. That the Annual Report be adopted, printed and circulated.

Moved by W. G. E. MACARTNEY, Esq., Secretary to the Admiralty.

Seconded by Admiral Sir GEORGE 0. WILLES, G.C.B.

2. That this Meeting, fully appreciating the great importance of the humane and national work carried on by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION, and having the fullest confidence in its management, desires to place on record its admiration of the gallantry of the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews, and also to express its appreciation of the important and valuable help given to the Service by the Local Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers, Committees and the Press, as well as by the very numerous voluntary "Life-boat Saturday" and "Ladies Auxiliary" helpers and others throughout the Country, in their kind efforts to maintain and extend the operations of the Institution.

4. That the grateful thanks of this Meeting be given to Captain His Royal Highness The DUKE OF YORK, E.N., KG., for so ably presiding over this the Seventy - second Annual Meeting of the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION, and for the warm interest he continues to take in the Life-boat Cause.
