NORTH SUNDERLAND. At 6.30 A.M. OH the 6th February the entire fleet of fishing-boats belonging to Sea Houses set out for the fishing ground. At about 9 o'clock a sudden gale accompanied by heavy snow showers and darkness came on, and the Life-boat Thomas Bewick was launched into the harbour to help any of the boats that might return.
