promote the interests of the Insti- tution, whether by means of the "Life-boat Saturday" movement or id other ways.

1. That the Annual Report be adopted, printed and circulated.

2. That this Meeting, recognizing the national importance of the great work carried on by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION, and having full confidence in its management, desires to express its high apprecia- tion of the gallantry of the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews, and of the valuable aid given to the cause by the Local Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers, Committees, and the Press, as well as by the very large number of other voluntary helpers all over the United Kingdom in their earnest and self-denying efforts to Moved by JOHN PENN, Esq., M.P.
