WHITHORN.—A vessel having been repotted dismasted in Wigtown Bay on the 9th October, the Life-boat Henry and John Leighton was launched at'3.10 P.M., being in the water in ten minutes from the time the signals were fired to summon the crew, and proceeded with all speed tothe vessel.
