3. That the following Noblemen and Gentlemen be the Officers of the Institution for the current year :— (Vide opposite page for this list.) 2. That this Meeting fully appre- ciating the importance of the great national work carried on by the ROYAL NATIONAL LITE-BOAT INSTITU- TION, and having every confidence in its management, desires to express its admiration of the gallantry of the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews, and of the important help given to the cause by the Local Honorary Secre- taries, Treasurers, Committees, and the Press. It also desires to urge strongly on the public the necessity of supporting the Committee in their efforts to develop and extend the Moved by Sir EDWARD BIRK- BECK, Bart., V.P.
