BROADSTAIRS. — Flares having been blown close to the North Foreland, the Life-boat Christopher Waud, Bradford, was launched at 6.45 A.M. on the 13th January, and found the brigantine Douse, of and for South Shields, from Poole, in ballast, on the rocks, and probably destined to become a total wreck. The Life-boat took off her crew of six men, and landed them at Ramsgate at 9.30 A.M.
