PALLING, NORFOLK.—The look-out man having reported a vessel ashore at Waxham on the 16th March, the No. 1 Lifeboat Good Hope was taken on her transporting carriage along the shore to the scene of the disaster. A strong gale was blowing from the S.S.E., there was a heavy sea and rain was falling.
