That this Meeting, recognizing the great importance of the valuable work carried on by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION, desires to place on record its admira- tion of the self-denying gallantry which the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews have so frequently shown during the past year, and also to express its high appreciation of the invaluable aid which has been so Moved by Sir EDWARD BIRK- BECK, Bart, M.P., V.P, Seconded by LAURENCE T.
