of the Life-boat Station on the 28th March during half a gale of wind fromthe S.S.W., a heavy sea, and foggy weather, the Rhosaefgir Life-boat was launched at about 4.15 A.M. Great difficulty and danger were experienced in approaching the vessel owing to the rocky nature of the locality where she was lying, but after much hard work the Lifeboat men were happily successful in rescuing the crew of ten men from the barque, which was the Pasteur, of Arendal, bound from Falmouth to Liverpool with a cargo of mahogany.
