1. That the Report now read be adopted, printed and circulated.

Moved by The Most Hon. The MARQUIS OF ORMONDE, KP.

Seconded by THOMAS SUTHERLAND, Esq., M.P., Chairman of the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company.

2. That this Meeting, fully appreciating and recognizing the great importance of the services rendered by the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION in saving life, desires to record its admiration at the bravery exhibited by the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews in the discharge of their hazardous duties during the past year, and at the same time to acknowledge most cordially the very valuable and generous co-operation which the Institution continues to receive from the Local Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers and Committees.
