NEW ROMNEY, KENT.—The Life-boat Sandal Magna was launched at 9 P.M. on the 10th February, in a very heavy sea and a strong S.S.B. wind, and rescued the crew, consisting of ten men, from the brigantine Carl Rosinius, of aad from Hangesuud for Cardiff in ballast, which had gone ashore during a snow-storm close to Littlestone Coastguard station..
