RAMSEY, ISLE OF MAN.—The schooner Isabella Stuart, of Ardrossan, bound from the Sound of Mull for Liverpool with larch trees, showed signals of distress, being in a dangerous position about a quarter of a mile E. of the North Pier during a strong E.N.E. wind, with sleet and a rough sea at 10.40 P.M. on the llth March.
