ARKLOW.—The Life-boat Out Pensioner put off at 10 A.M. on the 12th March to the assistance of the schooner Fanny, of and from Liverpool, bound for Africa with a general cargo, which was at anchor near the Porters Rocks, and striking the ground during a gale from the E.N.E., and a high sea.
