NEW BRIGHTON.—On the morning of the 19th May, signal rockets being fired by the light-ship and coast-guard station, the Willie and Arthur Life-boat put off at 2 o'clock, and proceeded in tow of a steam-tug to Taylor's Bank, where the sloop Darling, of Bangor, bound for Liverpool, was found stranded.
