WITHERNSEA.—The fishing smack City of Bristol, of Hull, stranded about a mile S. of the Life-boat house during a S.E. by S. wind, a heavy snowstorm, and a chopping eea, on the 5th of January. The Admiral Sous Life-boat was launched at 9.15 A.M., rescued the vessel's crew, consisting of four men and a boy, and safely landed them at 10.45..
