Glance, Green Flag, Safe Return and Jackdaw

COURTOWN, IRELAND. — On the 16th October, at I P.M., the Alfred and Ernest Life-boat was called out by signals of distress, and brought ashore fourteen men from the fishing-boats Glance, Green Flag, Safe Return, and Jackdaw, of Arklow, during a N.E. wind and a heavy sea.
