DOVER.—A fisherman having reported, on the evening of the 20th of March, that he had seen a vessel ashore near the South Foreland Lighthouse, the Life-boat Henry William Pickersgill, R.A., was launched at 9 P.M., proceeded to her assistance, and found her to be the ship Macduff, of Banff, homeward bound from Australia.
