3. That this Meeting, recognising the valuable services of the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTITUTION in its important work of saving life, congratulates the Chairman and Committee of Management on the continued success of their great undertaking and tenders to them, to the Officers of the Institution and to the Honorary Local Committees, Treasurers and Secretaries, as well as to the gallant Life-boat Coxswains and Crews, its hearty thanks for their zealous endeavours to promote the prosperity and usefulness of the Institution.
