TEIGNMOITTH.— The Arnold Life-boat put off at 11 P.M. on the 18th December to the assistance of the fishing-smack lona, which had not returned to Harbour, the weather being thick, the wind freshening, and the sea becoming very rough with a heavy surf on the bar. At about 12.15 A.M.
the boat was seen running for the bar, when the Life-boat burned green lights, and she was brought safely into the harbour..
