3.—That this Meeting, appreciat- ing the important services of the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTI- TUTION in its great work of saving life, congratulates the Chairman and Committee of Management on the continued prosperity of the cause they have in hand, and tenders to them, to the Officers of the Insti- tution and to the Honorary Local Committees and Secretaries, as well as to the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews, its best thanks for their un- failing attention to the affairs and welfare of the Institution.
