Signals of distress were seen in the bay at 3 A.M. on the 20th February. The Lifeboat was launched, and proceeded to the barqne Eboe, of Liverpool, bound from that port for Africa with a general cargo; she had 6 feet of water in her hold, and only the mate was on board.
