3.—That this Meeting, appreciat- ing the invaluable services of the ROYAL NATIONAL LIFE-BOAT INSTI- TUTION in its important work of saving life, congratulates the Chair- man and Committee of Management on the continued prosperity of the cause they have so ably carried on, and tenders to them, to the Officers of the Institution and to the Hon- orary Local Committees and Secre- taries, as well as to the Life-boat Coxswains and Crews, its best thanks for their unremitting attention to the affairs and welfare of the Institu- tion during the past year.
