DOWH. — On the 14th August the Memorial Life-boat, ia reply to a signal shown from the ship Henry, of St. John, N.B., during a S. wind and a heavy sea, was launched, and at the master's request brought ashore five fishermen who had boarded the vessel and had lost their own boat through the heavy sea.
