SELSEY, SUSSEX.—The Four Sisters Lifeboat was launched about 5 P.M. on the 13th November to the aid of the barque Saraca, of Glasgow, which had stranded on the Outer Owers during a moderate gale of wind from the E. and a very heavy sea.
