PORTHCAWL, SOUTH WALES,—At about 7 A.M. on the 29th March, a boat containing the captain and three of the crew of the steamer Liban, of Nantes, landed at Porthcawl, and reported that their vessel had stranded on the Tuskar rocks,during a very thick fog, at 11.30 on the previous night. They • also stated that theie were eight men still on board in great danger as she was likely to become a total wreck. The Life-boat Chafyn Grove immediately proceeded to the stranded steamer, and brought the eight men safely ashore..
