LOOE, CORNWALL.—On the 29th August the Life-boat Oxfordshire was launched, and rescued one of the crew of the ketch Lion, of Exeter, which had sprung a leak and had capsized about five miles S.E. of Looe, during a strong S.S.W. wind.
